# SMS Terms of Service

## Triple Crown Sports Text Messaging Program
These Terms govern your participation in the Triple Crown Sports SMS/text messaging program ("**Program**"), operated by Triple Crown Sports, Inc. ("**Triple Crown Sports**," "**we**," "**us**"). By opting in, you agree to these Terms.
### 1. Program Description
The Program sends text messages related to tournament and event updates, schedule changes, registration confirmations and reminders, and occasional promotional offers from Triple Crown Sports and its event properties (including Triple Crown Fastpitch, Triple Crown Baseball, Pathway Baseball, TC Volleyball, and PickleCon).
### 2. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your activity and the program(s) you're enrolled in (for example, active tournament participants may receive more frequent updates during an event). **Message frequency varies.**
### 3. Cost
**Message and data rates may apply.** Carrier charges may apply based on your mobile plan. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your text and data plan.
### 4. How to Opt In
You may opt in by submitting your mobile number through a Triple Crown Sports web form and checking the applicable SMS consent checkbox, or by logging into your Triple Crown Sports account dashboard, entering your mobile number, and checking the SMS consent checkbox provided there, or by texting a designated keyword to our program number where offered. Consent to receive text messages is not required as a condition of any purchase or event registration.
### 5. How to Opt Out
**You can cancel the Program at any time.** Text **STOP** to the number you received messages from. After you send the STOP message, we will send you a reply confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive messages from us unless you opt in again.

### 7. Carrier Liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Participating carriers include major U.S. wireless carriers. T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
### 8. Eligibility
You must be the account holder of the mobile phone number provided, or have the account holder's permission, and be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to participate in the Program. By opting in, you represent that you meet these requirements.
### 9. Supported Devices
Text messaging is supported on most U.S. wireless carriers. We are not responsible if your mobile device or carrier does not support certain features of the Program.
### 10. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information, including mobile opt-in data. As stated there, text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the text message services.
### 11. Changes to the Program
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Program, or these Terms, at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued participation in the Program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
