As Triple Crown Sports celebrates its 40th anniversary in 2022, we are excited to share the remarkable timeline for a company that in equal parts thrived when the moment was right and survived when challenges and bad news threatened to undo the whole enterprise. It makes sense that this event company, devoted to creating memorable experiences, has the beating heart of a competitor.
Located in Fort Collins, Colorado, Triple Crown Sports currently produces youth, high school and college sports competitions with a national coast-to-coast profile, along with events in Mexico. Reliable and trustworthy in delivering a traditional tournament vibe and value embraced by parents, players and coaches, but restless and innovative as well … always talking, always plotting the next transformational idea that opens the eyes and draws the affection and passion of the market.
There’s no way to predict where it’s all headed, but we can tell you how we got here … |

As Triple Crown’s impact in slowpitch grew through the late 1980’s, the company created a mascot named Jacker, a cartoon bear built to “jack” the ball over the fence for a home run. Iron-on stickers made up some of the early merchandise that TCS offered. Jacker evolved into a hyper-muscled creature as the boom in health-and-fitness swept the country; he eventually appeared on other Triple Crown ventures, such as 3-on-3 soccer.
To celebrate Triple Crown's 40th Anniversary we will be honoring Jacker with limited edition merchandise sold at select events this summer! Visit the link below to view the merchandise and where it will be sold. |
